The observations made during the assessments are measured against the quality objectives as determined in the first stage. Additional inquiries might be conducted if required
A detailed presentation of all findings, identifying discrepancies between desired result and current operations, friction points and opportunities for adjustments
The report includes an outline of the quality culture that will become the foundation of quality of service on the vessel or residence
The Imperative of Quality Assessments
Quality is defined differently by each other individual. There is no single standard. Each other owner, sometimes each other group of guests might need a different approach to service quality. Assessing the compatibility to a certain employer, to certain events or groups of people is of vital importance when small details make big differences.
Quality audits can be performed in a running structure; they can be done repeatedly with certain time intervals for quality control and can also be performed on paper for new builds. In all cases, the assessments shape the foundation of the future quality culture that will be the beating heart of the service onboard or on shore.
