The Quality Culture

A Quality Culture is a service quality system, tailored to the vessel and its owners or guest types. Existing crew is educated to the new system, while new crew is introduced to the system even before being hired. The system allows Captains, Owner’s Rep’s, fleet/interior/house managers, etc. to recruit crew that fits in their Quality Culture, allowing for more efficiency when hiring.

The difference with classical trainings is that those are performed during a limited number of times, for a limited number of people. Although valuable in content, they might not be as efficient on sustainability. The newly acquired knowledge could easily be put aside to favour old habits, busy schedules, stubborn crew members, etc., or worse, crew members could leave.
